Good data, easy to use

I used the Chrome extension to find some contact data for a new lead. It worked well. Got the verified email I needed pretty fast. The data was accurate. Simple process, no issues.

Great value with annual plan

This was my first time trying Lusha, I needed a good lead generation tool but didn't want to overspend. I saw the annual billing discount mentioned and went for that. It saved a decent amount compared to paying monthly, which made the purchase feel much more worth it. The 5 free credits to start were also a nice bonus, let me test it out properly before committing. Got some good direct dials for my sales sequences. It felt like a solid investment.

Reliable for B2B contact info

I've been using Lusha for over a year now, mainly for its B2B contact data. This last order was for a bulk data enrichment project. Just like previous times, the data quality was consistent, especially with the verified emails. I integrated it with our HubSpot CRM, and that went smoothly, as usual. It's always been reliable for finding accurate phone numbers and company info. Their team management dashboard is also pretty intuitive for keeping track of usage. It's why I keep coming back; it simply works for what I need.

Thinking of signing up for Lusha but wondering if their data is actually good. like, do the emails and phone numbers really work or is it a lot of duds?

W Wendy J. 1 month ago
From my experience, it's pretty solid. Way better than some other tools I've tried. I'd say maybe 80-90% hit rate on direct dials.

Yeah, I use it for sales and it's been surprisingly accurate for me. Haven't had too many bounce backs. They update their data pretty frequently I think.

thinking of getting Lusha but don't want to get stuck in a contract. can you cancel easily if it's not working out?

T Todd Nguyen 1 month ago
Yeah, cancellation is pretty straightforward. You manage it through your account settings. I haven't done it myself but I've heard others say it's no hassle.

I canceled a while back, it was fine. No weird hoops to jump through or anything. Just make sure you understand their refund policy on remaining credits if you're on a paid plan.

I'm looking at the annual plan. Do they give a decent discount for paying upfront for the whole year?

N Nick 1 month ago
Yep, they usually offer a good chunk off for annual billing. I think it was like 20-25% when I signed up.

Yeah, I always go for the annual. It's a noticeable saving compared to paying monthly.

Anyone know how those 'free credits' work for Lusha? Like, do you get them just for signing up or do you have to do tasks?

N Nick 1 month ago
You usually get 5 just for signing up, no strings attached. You can get more through referrals though, if you invite friends.

Yeah, 5 free credits are standard when you create an account. For more, it's mostly referral bonuses or sometimes they have special promos for completing profile info or something, but the main way is inviting others.

Is Lusha really better than ZoomInfo? I'm currently on ZoomInfo but always looking for a more cost-effective option if it's comparable.

C Cleo 1 month ago
Honestly, for the price point, Lusha gives ZoomInfo a run for its money. ZoomInfo probably has a bit more depth in certain areas, but Lusha's extension is super convenient and the data quality is very close.

It depends on your needs. For direct dials, Lusha is often on par or even better in some regions. ZoomInfo has more comprehensive company profiles though, if that's what you need. Definitely try the Lusha free credits to compare directly.

hey, anyone know if you can get a student discount for Lusha? trying to use it for a project but money's tight lol

N Nick Hughes 1 month ago
Pretty sure they have something like that. I saw a mention of a 'startup program' and 'non-profit discount' so a student one isn't a stretch. Check their site or ask support.

Yeah, they do! I got one last year when I was doing my internship. Just gotta apply through their specific program.
